I purchased new furniture for a Lexington office site at Baystate Office Furniture. This was my first time furnishing a commercial space and I was overwhelmed with the job. We wanted a space that would be light, bright and cheerful – after all, much of our days are spent in the office. I came in to Bob’s office with a floor plan for the space and he helped me think through each of the work areas; equipping them with furniture that was visually pleasing, functional, and high-quality. The biggest challenge was to complete the office within a tight budget, but Bob helped me make all the right choices. To make things more challenging, the company had visitors coming and needed everything in place for that visit. Bob coordinated with the leasing company and was able to have all of our furniture delivered and installed in time. In the end, the office turned out to be a very contemporary, bright and pleasing space. And from its high-end appearance, you’d think we’d spent a lot more. All of Bob’s recommendations turned out to be great decisions. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the desks, panels, and file cabinets are all sturdy, well-built items.
